H. “Heni” Hooshvar
Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of experience in engineering and management, and a diverse academic background in civil engineering, Heni leads the PIVOX organization and serves as chair of the Corporation’s board of directors.
Heni founded PIVOX and has led the company to success with a focus on infrastructure and environmental remediation construction services. Her expertise in construction and project management, including resource planning, finance, and safety, has been critical to the Company’s development of a construction project management services capability. Heni continues to focus on the development of our services and to maintaining the long-lasting business relationships key to PIVOX’s success since the company founded in 2004.
S. “Sean” Shahin, PE
Vice President
With over 40 years of experience, Sean brings strategic thinking and operational leadership to the Company. His experience includes managing complex construction projects from planning and programming to design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Sean works closely with project teams across all our market sectors to make sure that projects are efficiently managed, meet clients’ objectives, and exceed their expectations. He is also a member of the Corporation’s board of directors.
Sean is a proven leader in the strategic restructuring of large organizations to increase operational efficiencies, enhance performance and functionality, and optimize productivity.
